Adhere to system theme in internal pages.

Internal pages, like about:preferences
, adhere to the system theme when browser.display.document_color_use
is set to 2
via about:config
. However, without that preference set, their colouration appears arbitrary and inconsistent - the rest of Firefox's GUI appears visually consistent with the rest of the GNOME, KDE, and Windows 11 DEs, solely except its internal webpages.
I believe that this should be changed, so that internal pages match the rest of the browser, without needing to subject 3rd-party webpages to the same, as the aforementioned preference value does. There is no disadvantage to this, so I am seriously surprised that it is not yet so. Chrome, as an example, implemented this years ago.

Not using system colors on about: pages was an intentional decision and we currently don't have plans to change that, but UX will keep this question in mind for possible reconsideration later in the future.
