Steps to reproduce:

I enabled "Open Firefox automatically when your computer starts up" option, rebooted, firefox is not started. I use MSIX (microsoft store) version of firefox.

Actual results:

I enabled "Open Firefox automatically when your computer starts up" option, rebooted, firefox is not started.

Expected results:

Firefox should have started after enabling this option.

We register for startup by creating a subkey in the relevant registry key. As far as I'm aware MSIX can't really do this. There are alternate ways of going about that but I'm not sure how much of a priority that implementation change is.

Verified that option "Open Nightly automatically when your computer starts up" is not displayed on Win11 ARM using Nightly 127.0a1(20240512212637), waiting for Beta build to confirm on Beta also.
