STR (tested on nightly)

• open https://owners.kia.com/content/owners/en/kia-owner-portal.html/
• click create account
• try and check the reCAPTCHA
  • it's impossible
• open inspector and find `<div class="g-recaptcha">
  • toggle off the transform: scale rule
• now try ... success

This is a fission related bug. With disabling Fission it works fine.
