User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:123.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/123.0
Steps to reproduce:
Using KDE with X11 and NVIDIA's propriatary drivers:
make a window fullscreen on my main monitor (Not windowed)
Open firefox
This bug is also present in Thunderbird, and I believe it is because it uses the same window effects manager present in firefox.
Actual results:
Huge black borders appear around firefox.
Expected results:
The window should look flat and square due to having no compositing, and should not have black borders.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

So you disabled compositing under X11, correct?
