I was chatting with Valerie about improving layout documentation. I think we should move relevant sections in Gecko:Overview on Mozilla wiki into mozilla-central as a first step. A lot of the information is out-of-date, and will need further improvement, of course.

Specifically, these three sections are related to CSS & layout.

I use pandoc to convert the syntax from mediawiki to markdown via the following
command for example.

pandoc -f mediawiki -t markdown -o layout_overview.md layout_overview.wiki

Improving the documentation will be in follow-up bugs.

Minor tweak for the CSS & Layout front page.

This is a porting for https://wiki.mozilla.org/Gecko:Continuation_Model.

I tweak only the first paragraph in LayoutOverview. The content from the wiki
remains intact.
