Race between RemoteMediaDataDecoder::GetDescriptionName() and setting mDescription in the lambda in RemoteMediaDataDecoder::Init()

I marked this sec-moderate, but we've had it twice in two days so it would be good if somebody could fix this.

I'm guessing this and the other bug are a regression, given that we've gone from zero of them to at least 3 instances within a few days.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: It looks like there's some kind of regression in media initialization showing up in automation. This could cause crashes and security problems. I'm not sure what the cause is.

There are several similar bugs for this, and I don't think they should be sec bugs. I will handle them in bug 1644383.

Per comment6, close this bug. Also, This won't cause crash and security problem because those potential race happens on the interface that isn't expose to the web, it's only available on our chrome-privilege code.
