Steps to reproduce:
Enable browser.tabs.cardPreview.enabled and browser.tabs.tooltipsShowPidAndActiveness.
Actual results:
browser.tabs.tooltipsShowPidAndActiveness doesn't work.
Expected results:
This bug shouldn't appear.

Using latest Nightly 128.0a1 it looks that the PIDs are being displayed now inside the tab preview if browser.tabs.tooltipsShowPidAndActiveness is enabled.
