Thunderbird has now landed what they need for the new search configuration. Therefore I'd like to shift our nightly enabling of the search configuration from firefox.js to all.js.
For Firefox this will be a no-op, but this will enable it for Thunderbird on their nightly equivalent builds (Daily).

This moves the enabling to all.js, so that it is enabled for Thunderbird as well - now that Thunderbird is set up with their own version of the configuration.
