188992 - Mail deleted all e-mail and newsgroup accounts when Mail & Newsgroup button pressed

When the Mail & Newsgroup button (bottom left of Navigator) is used to open a
session of the newsreader, my mail and news accounts were deleted.  The address
book and bookmarks survived.  I switched back to the stable release of Moxilla.
 I am afraid to press the button again.  This is the second time it happened to
me and I am sure it was because of the button this time.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter Mail and news Account
2. Click on Netscape Mail and News button in the lower left corner.
3.

Actual Results:  
Wizard for creating new account appeared.

Expected Results:  
Launched the News and Mail browser with my existing accounts.
