Picture of cut-off attachment box
In 2003011208 on win2k with pinball theme, the attachment window now cuts off
the items. I will attach a screen shot

The top pane does not resize either, and the scroll pane is at the bottom
Are you seeing the same thing with other themes (Modern/Classic as well)?
What want is the scrollbar should appear when either the image or the text won't
fit, is that right?
What's your build number
PS : please use the bugzilla helper next time to provide more information.

I gave the build number 2003011208 on win2k with pinball theme.
But redisplaying the message fixed it.
