This tool allows us to monitor RAM, disk, and other metrics from the GCP console which helps to optimize instance sizes.

So far, the only thing that has this rolled out is Wayland images and Translations images. The next time other images are built they will pick this up as well.

I believe this is on most, if not all, images at this point.
