New tabs use Firefox logo as their icon, but the homepage doesn’t use any icon when they are set to use blank page

Active homepage (without any icon) and inactive new tab (with Firefox logo as its icon)
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Settings → Home, in New Windows and Tabs section set Homepage and new windows & New tabs to Blank Page.
- Open a new instance (window) of Firefox or the homepage (not a new tab).
Actual results:
The homepage doesn’t use the Firefox logo as its icon, but new tabs do.
Expected results:
The homepage should use the Firefox logo as its icon, just as new tabs.

I was able to reproduce the issue on Win11x64 using FF build 125.0, but issue also reproduces with 101.0a1 (2022-04-06) build.
