Steps to reproduce:

• Open any webpage with a form field.
• start to fill out the form.
• the keyboard will show, and the nav bar will move along with it.

Current behaviour:

• As shown in the attached image above, the nav bar moves along with the keyboard.

Expected behaviour:

• The nav bar and address bar(if placed at the bottom) should always stay behind the keyboard when the keyboard opens up.
