User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.2; Mac_PowerPC) - Internet Explorer 5.2, Mac Build Identifier: 2003010904 I hesitate to report this as a Chimera bug--in fact, I am almost certain it is a funky interaction between Chimera and some other bit of software on my system that I have not (yet) been able to identify. The problem is this: Any web page that has a popup window, as are often used for comments in blogs, will not allow arrow-key navigation in text fields in the forms of these popup windows: the arrow keys are simply unresponsive (or Chimera is unresponsive to them). Arrow keys still function normally in the text fields of parent windows. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. View any blog with a comment popup link (eg mine, referenced here) 2. Type text into comment field 3. Attempt to navigate around the typed text w/ arrow keys. Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Cursor should move.
don't hesitate... thats what this thing is here for... In anycase it works for me in a recent nightly (2003012707)... are you still seeing this problem?
Sounds like a duplicate of bug 180869 which was recently fixed I believe.
WorksForMe using FizzillaMach/2003022003. Comment 2 seems right on. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 180869 ***
