Lots of dates in messaging experiments are either missing or no longer current because, from what I can tell, that part of the remote-settings JSON stops being updated at some point. My suspicion is that we'll get corrected dates for free once we implement [skylight-experimenter-api](bug 1891093), on which this bug depends.

Experimenter has been doing a lot of date cleanup work in the last little while, and I no longer see missing dates in Skylight. Unless something changes, I don't think there's anything we need to do here.
