Preconditions:
• must be logged in
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://help.mail.ru/mail/?preset.kapellmeisterBuild=release-fmail-23992-277415&preset.octaviusBuild=notes-991.1970-01-04T05_41_49
- Observe the area near the account icon.
Expected Behaviour:
The vocal assistant button is displayed near the account icon.
Actual Behaviour:
The vocal assistant button is missing from the page.
Notes:
- Screenshot attached
- Reproducible regardless of the ETP status
- Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
- Not reproducible on Chrome
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Note: Button gets displayed at the button right corner of the page after performing a search on help page (on both Firefox and Chrome)
