Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:124.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/124.0
Steps to reproduce:
Firefox fails to load sites after having remained open and having switched data sources. For example having walked from one wifi network to another or having left wifi and started using mobile data.
After swiping to close firefox and reopening the browser appears to load sites again. They hang indefintently if firefox has been open for a longer period of time. Not clear how much time but less than a day in some instances since I restart my phone and close completely all apps multiple times a day.
This is with Android 12 (G820UM40a) but I have not tried on other devices.

Interesting. This sounds a bit like bug 1879387 except I haven't been able to pinpoint exact failure steps.
pierce21 , if you can determine how long Firefox needs to have stayed open for this to happen, it would be helpful.
Also, when the loads fail, it sounds like "Pull to refresh" doesn't fix the problem?
