1891371 - missing spacing between select box and text in new clear history dialog

There is no spacing between the select box and the text after the select box in the new clear history dialog, see the attached screenshot. This issue does not exist in the old dialog.

Tested on Firefox Nightly 126.0a1 (2024-04-14) on macOS 14.4.1.
