We introduced Manage menu item for suggestions, but we needed it for Navigational and Dynamic Wikipedia suggestions as well.

I have verified this issue on the latest Firefox Nightly 127.0a1 (Build ID: 20240419094732) on Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 20.04 x64, and macOS 12.6.1.
The “Manage Firefox Suggest” option is displayed in the Navigational and Dynamic Wikipedia suggestions menu.
