1891605 - Change update check interval from 12 hours to 6 hours for non-nightly channels

In the Rollout Process Improvement Decision Brief, it was decided to refine the update polling frequency, adjusting it from once every 12 hours to once every 6 hours. This should increase the frequency of update pings in relation to our release shipping time for certain time zones.

During review of the patch, it was decided it made sense to have devedition/aurora to also match the 6 hour interval (instead of the previous 8 hour) so I made that change as well.
