This is to update the settings screen for Android toolbar. These are mostly string updates but make sure to go through the Figma to match the design as well.

note: The string changes for #1 and #3 in the Figma can be done directly without checking if toolbar redesign is enabled. #2 will have to be done behind the toolbar redesign feature flag.
