Sorry for the late response here. Yes, they did. Sadly, those aren't quick fixes, and IIRC, some of the things were active product decisions into the opposite direction. But I handed over all the information to Martin, who is probably the more appropriate person to tackle this as a project.

Hi I have tested workaround with user agent (played up to 10 minutes)
On Windows 10 i have used user agent for chrome on windows, and on Linux User agent for Mac. Both of them worked.
