The manual filters "Run Now" folder dropdown defaults with the account
level/server selected. If you forget to choose a folder and hit Run Now with the
account level selected, you'll error (IMAP). We should handle this - maybe give
an error to select a folder or something.
Steps:
1. Select an IMAP account and go to Tools|Message Filters.
2. Select a filter.
3. Notice the manual filters folder dropdown is at default selection at the
account/server level. Don't select anything, leave it at the default.
4. Click Run Now button.
Result: IMAP error appears "Command did not succeed. Mailbox does not exist."
Expected: Either prevent manual filters from executing at this point or tell
user to pick a folder.

This is WFM with POP accounts (as the account level simply doesn't appear in
that selectbox). In fact, creating a fake IMAP account it seems to be WFM as
well - 2003013108 - win98.
Not really knowing IMAP however I'll hesitate to mark this WFM. Could someone
confirm if the problem still exists or has been fixed since?
Laurel, you mean the second dropdown menu correct? "Manually run selected
filters on folder:". This is defaulting to "Inbox" for me on an imap acct. Do
you still see a problem?

As described in comment 3, the dropdown defaults to 'Inbox' -- and in fact
cannot be set to an account. =>WFM
