4.5% on Flight-TodoMVC
4% on AngularJS-TodoMVC
4.5% on Elm-TodoMVC
4.6% on inferno-todomvc
3%-4% on React-Redux-TodoMVC
5% on React-todomvc

In all these cases, after the sudden spike of regression, the numbers do improve a bit. But maybe they are still a bit worse than the previous baseline.

We have an idea of what patch caused this and falls under how we fire animations. todo mvc triggers this and cancels them, so we need to run some comparison reports. :mstange will take on the task of collecting the comparison reports. We may ultimately not care due to how flaky SP2 can be, but we will see. We should also check if this regression took place on SP3
