Currently, the easiest way to do large numbers of rebuilds is with --rebuild X. We should provide documentation on how to do this on Treeherder instead so that these additional retriggers need to be more deliberate. Instructions for this through the add-new-jobs interface:

It can be found in the arrow drop-down on the top-right of the push in the Custom push action.
You can copy the values from the target-tasks.json file from your decision task and paste them into the tasks option.
This would be for mass retriggers if needed.

Ideally, they should be able to use compare view to be more specific in the retriggers they do for tasks/tests that show a difference that they want to double-check.
