1.) Start Nightly with a fresh profile
2.) Open a New Tab Page
3.) Disable Sponsored Shortcuts/Tiles
Actual: Shortcuts/Tiles are no longer centered on the New Tab Page, because the blank Tiles no longer appear.
Expected: They should be centered.
This is a regression.
