If we detect that the disk for the staging folder or the single file archive folder have less than sufficient disk space, we should throw an error and not attempt to create the backup. What we're trying to avoid is filling up a user's disk with backup information such that we start causing serious system problems.

We should also land a telemetry event probe to measure the frequency of this kind of thing occurring.
