The use of autocomplete to complete any box on a form causes an immediate
crash of Phoenix. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enter first letter or number for a box on a previously used form
2.click the selected text or number that was remembered
3.Warning box appears about error and closing error box, closes Phoenix

Actual Results:  
crash

Expected Results:  
Remembered and selected data should be reproduced in appropriate box

Win98 1st edition, with SP1.
