Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://www.investopedia.com/banking-4427754
- Observe the article cards located on the center of the page (just below the "Banking" headline)
Expected Behaviour:
Article card is positioned and sized correctly.
Actual Behaviour:
Article card gets stretched down the page.
Workaround: Scrolling down the page gets the article card displayed correctly until the page gets refreshed or accessed again.
Notes:
- Screen rec attached
- Reproducible regardless of the ETP status
- Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
- Not reproducible on Chrome
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

I think this is related to the lazy-loaded images for the articles that are just-offscreen, which have alt-text until they get lazy-loaded -- and their alt-text is super tall, which probably stretches the whole track/container to be super tall, or something along those lines.
Chrome is more aggressive about clipping alt text in these sorts of situations. Here's a reduced testcase for that.
