189298 - Contextual menu remains above Save dialog

Ctrl-click on a preview and ask Download Link Target, immediately before the
Save dialog appears make another Ctrl-click to display the contextual menu and
keep it open, the Save dialog appears below the contextual menu.
Must use escape key to close the Save dialog.

This is a more general problem: a pull-down menu can also get locked ABOVE a
dialog box. If the buttons for the dialog box are beneath the menu, this looks
like a problem, but the default keys still work.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it's a completely different issue. Camino UI code is separate from FF UI code. Please file your bug as a FF bug.

As far as I'm concerned, this is a duplicate of bug 157715, but since that's been WONTFIXed, let's pretend we don't know anything about it.

The patch in bug 384644 should fix this.

FWIW, comment 8 was a victim of the original ("broken" - bug 356720) Cocoa event loop from the thread manager rewrite.
