189329 - Should be able to select a startup folder to display when starting mail

I have the "Mail Start Page" disabled. Whenever I start Mozilla, a "summary"
page loads for my primary account. I would much rather be able to select a
startup folder, so that that folder is displayed whenever I startup Mozilla
Mail. For example, my primary account's Inbox folder would be my preference.
I've already seen the very easy-to-use "folder selection tool" on the message
filters and the junkmail controls, among other places. This same element could
be used for this selection.

I can't believe this feature hasn't been requested before, but I could not find
it any searches I tried...
