Steps to reproduce:
- In Firefox for Android, enable the dynamic toolbar and put it at the top.
- Go to a simple page like https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/
- Scroll down.
- Do a series of short and gentle flings: down, down, up, up, down, down, up, up. Only keep the finger on the screen for a short distance and don't go very fast. Make sure the touch gestures are very similar to each other.
Expected results:
A fling should result in the same scrolling (of the page relative to the screen) regardless of what state the dynamic toolbar is in.
Actual results:
When a fling causes the dynamic toolbar to transition between its hidden/visible states, the fling feels totally different.
The dynamic toolbar should not interfere with fling physics.
