Steps to reproduce:

Attempted to go to about:settings#history-header

Actual results:

Gets redirected to about:settings#general

Expected results:

Display the Privacy & Security settings tab scrolled to the History section.

I always want to open a particular Firefox profile at the History section of settings so that I can verify that profile is still set to always use private browsing mode, since Firefox gives me no verifiable visual feedback that this is the case.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Settings UI' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
