Steps to reproduce

1. On https://mdn.github.io/dom-examples/popover-api/blur-background/
2. Open the inspector
3. On the content page, click on the "Show popover" button
4. Select the div id=mypopover element in the markup view

Expected results

I'm able to inspect the ::backdrop rule on the div

Actual results

The ::backdrop rule is not displayed
