F6 key (switch to address bar) sometimes doesn't work. It mainly happens when webpage loading, and the webpage is blank.

Version: unspecified → Firefox 125

I was able to reproduce this issue by loading a slow loading page (https://www.fakeresponse.com/).

CTRL + K/CTRL + L worked, but F6 didn't.
