Timeline of intervention (See our timeline policy): 6 months

Planned steps to resolve intervention (e.g., outreach, technical fixes, policy fixes): We are planning to develop a heuristic for detecting scenarios where we can disable CanvasRandomization, such as disable Canvas Randomization if the site is logged in or only randomize visible Canvases. We can remove the override once the heuristic is deployed.
