Which sections? Does UX need to define tab order?
Navigate through the app's focusable components using the Tab and arrow keys of an external keyboard.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Fenix::Tabs' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

As part of QA-2525 - Audit Android touch targets and focus states (Google Android audit), I’ve noticed that the keyboard navigation in Tabs Tray is not working as expected:
- user is able to escape the regular tabs section with Keyboard navigation to the private tabs view and synced tabs view
- returning to the previous section breaks the section displaying the elements truncated
- additionally, the private tabs and synced tabs icons are not focused when entering them with keyboard navigation
Testing was done using Nightly 131.0a1 on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (Android 14). An external keyboard was used to test the Focus States.
