Credential Management would benefit from a system that tests Address autofill for various regions. Because address autofill is already a test case we need to address, creating a special test / runner for this use case shouldn't be too difficult. Note that we do NOT need to set browser.search.region or use a localized build to test this, just visit sites in the region.

The system should just be the tool to run a check, given selectors generated by the CM Cognizant QAs (including manual). Faker can create addresses for a number of regions. Where this fails, those QAs will also need to provide sample addresses.

Morphing this a bit as we're simply going to create a new test suite specific to l10n testing for Credential Management. By creating a new test suite in STArFox we'll be able to skip these special tests during Beta smoke test runs. The existing tests will continue to be run for each smoke test run. We'll use this bug as the tracker for the test case bugs coming soon.
