When filling out the "Update trees" form in Lando-Treestatus, if the field is submitted with invalid form values (for example the tree is set to "closed" without setting a "reason"), the error is shown to the user after hitting submit, and the existing fields in the form are cleared. The form should enforce these errors to the user before pressing submit, or should keep the values in the form and keep the form open, so it can be re-submitted with errors resolved.

This work will be completed as a follow-up after the initial migration to using Lando-Treestatus.
