On login, on multiple sites the "I am not a Robot" endlessly spin, and never finish, also several log in buttons are not reacting, have done it without any addon or extensions and had cleared cookies.

Steps to reproduce:
Logging into several sites, "I'm not a robot" and "Login" buttons are unresponsive, unable to really say if there are any other sites that produce it. Sites with "I'm not a robot" seems to have the same problem, but the login issue is with Furaffinity and I am unsure why.
Actual results:
Button is unresponsive, or at least gives a 'loading' spinning symbol but doesn't do anything and won't consider itself solved. It won't allow any login on affected sites, unable to check or do anything that requires being logged into the site.
Expected results:
Either a check-mark should have appeared then the captcha solves, or the login screen goes away and the site allows the login.
