We have some big struggles with our Window installation. This ticket is about documenting the steps necessary to get Fenix, AC, GV to build and run on Windows.

We should note that you might have to turn Windows long paths on - even though my root directory is relatively short ("c:\mozilla-source\mozilla-unified"), I run up against path length limits, which can make python fail to find files in directories, etc.

I also have to reboot my machine after I bootstrap, otherwise the Android emulator won't start.
