Currently, every time we add SymbolicAddress, we have to deal with WASM_VERIFY_SERIALIZATION_FOR_SIZE validation. The failure to compile is only visible during Linux build, and it is hard to predict the value.

It will be nice to exclude LinkData::symbolicLinks from the check.
