This is partly related to https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/issues/13183 (Support testdriver.js in reftests), but makes it clear to test authors that this isn't expected to work currently.

The PR was not expected to affect any tests, but the try push wasn't a success. Check the try results for infrastructure issues
