This appears to be a regression from bug 1860417 which added Linux to the user agent string.

The regressor, Bug 1860417, will be backed out from central (Fx127) and release (Fx126)

Tier 1 search on Google?
What is that? (or what is exactly broken..?)
I use Google Search extensively and noticed nothing seriously wrong.

Google Search has two levels, Tier 1 and Tier 2. Tier 1 is the "fancy search" that looks nicer.

No idea...
Is it exclusive to those access with Mobile UA?

Yes, it's mobile specific.

Would you mind giving an example of comparison demonstrating the expected/unexpected result?

You can install "Google Search Fixer" extension to see the difference between Google's tier 1 and 2 search experiences for Firefox Android:

What's not showing? (I may debug later)
And per the add-on's description it feels like a design issue of Google...
(whatsoever broken with Mobile Firefox UA?)

The bug is marked as blocking firefox126 (beta). We have limited time to fix this, the soft freeze is in a day. However, the bug still isn't assigned.
:skhan, could you please find an assignee for this tracked bug? Given that it is a regression and we know the cause, we could also simply backout the regressor. If you disagree with the tracking decision, please talk with the release managers.

Clearing NI from comment 11.
This will be fixed by backing out the regressor in release.
