The RemoteBackBuffer change is the only tricky thing. It comes from
bug 1616000, but since bug 1870512 we don't create child windows for
non-native notifications, so we can remove it.
The SizeMode plumbing is totally unused so remove it while at it.

There is an r+ patch which didn't land and no activity in this bug for 2 weeks.
