Steps to reproduce

1. Visit website (ex wikipedia.org) while Toolbar Redesign feature is active in secret settings
2. Click on URL bar
3. do "go back" swiping gesture after opening keyboard

Expected behavior

You are back on the wikipedia page with both the AddressBar and NavBar Toolbar visible.

Actual behavior

You are in the home screen with only the Addressbar visible. The wikipedia page returns after another "go back" swipe gesture.

Additional Information

This could be an already existing bug where if you "go back" dismiss the keyboard while in the URL bar, you are not returned to the website you were on before you clicked into the URL bar.
