1895873 - Remove icons and search_form from the application provided search WebExtensions

Once the new search configuration is shipping, as part of the initial cleanup, we should remove the icons from the application provided WebExtensions. This will remove the duplication of icons that we are currently shipping and help to reduce download/installed size.

The manifests still need to be kept, see bug 1885953 for information.

We also decided to remove the search_form properties from the application provided search WebExtensions as part of this bug in preparation for bug 1903247.
