Sample documentation
This is a follow-up task for Bug 1893277, which adds some initial UI to the about:settings/about:preferences backup section.
We should make sure that any information about UI architecture - particularly relevant JSActors, BackupService, widgets and event propagation - are documented under browser/components/docs.
