When I pull the logcat file from the failing job (and filter the logspam from bug 1844829), I see that the test is interrupted after 5 minutes (the NS_ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND error is a sign that the test runner wiped the directories with the temporary test data). This then results in a test timeout.

When I run the test locally (on macOS, not on Android), I get a runtime of 3 minutes and 7 seconds when the test is run in TV mode:

I don't think that this is an issue with the test itself, and therefore I'm dropping bug 1411641 as a regression cause. That bug merely introduced the test, but there is no fundamentally wrong issue with the test.
