Steps to reproduce:
idk looks like random.
Actual results:
when i watched youtube sometime video freeze. but audio play normally.
when it happend it always freeze in same duration. for example if it freeze at 13:00. if i seek to 12:50 when it go to 13:00 it freeze again. but if i refresh it can temporary fix this issue.

Expected results:

i think problem is changed now. in the past frame is freeze but it still playing.
but for this profiler, it look like youtube need more buffer. but stats for nerd said it still has some buffer.

i captured profiler after i found problem. and i rewind youtube video to the beginning to where the problem happen.
i still not sure how to reproduce. but when it happen it will always happen at same video time.
for now my temporary workaround it refresh that page.
